I just wanted to share with you my (our) thanks and appreciation for teaching the extraction technique for unhelpful thought forms that you shared with us at the medicine for the earth gathering in March. I was fortunate to be able to work directly with you. Not only did it work there but-----my small (three of us) journeying group has been using it with great success. “I had watched Karen do healing on my husband, but never really thought I would need one myself. My mother left this world in February. From the morning I received the news I was in a state of what seemed to be non-stop running. I truly felt that I didn't have much time in which to grieve.
When I finally did get home, my mind as well as my emotions were in what seemed to me an empty void. That same day, Karen was over, we talked a little about what I was going through, she then offered to help center me, due to the grief my spirit essence was out of line. She had me lie on the floor and placed crystals and other stones stones around me, having me breath in deeply bringing the air into my head chakra. I laid there with my eyes closed for what seemed to only be a few minutes. During this time I saw a vision of white lifting from me. As this vision turned, I saw my mother, much younger than her 82 years at her death, she was maybe in her 20's, beautiful, and happy. She told me it was ok and that I did fine. She then turned around and was heading upward to where my father was waiting for her with his outstretched arm accepting her with love and peace, and leading up to where all my other departed family and friends were waiting for her.
At the end of this healing, I felt so light, so happy. So obvious that my husband and my best friend noticed that the sparkle was back in my eyes. Thank you S. Karen for helping me to see the vision at will stay with me forever.” -Annette

"I arrived here about three and unpacked gently. The ride home found me quite aware of "all my relations" I was passing on the way, and you were right, the desert was quite special as I drove through it this time.
